Vitus Capital is often in charge of the management of the purchase holding company that is to be set up for this purpose.

Usually, Vitus Capital also fulfils part of the management tasks by taking responsibility for certain temporary projects within a company. This may include operational projects related to a company's business, but also non-core activities such as the (re)structuring of the company or the implementation of changes in the corporate or shareholder structure.

If there is temporarily no (operational) managing director available within a company, Vitus Capital is able to manage a company for a limited period of time.
