Besides providing advisory- and management services Vitus Capital also provides equity capital to companies. Together with a limited ‘pool’ of private investors Vitus Capital focuses on majority shareholdings in ‘traditional’ in the Netherlands located companies with a track record in the trade-, services- or industrial sector.

- preference for growth capital or buy-out / buy-in funding to companies with opportunities for improvement or with a successor’s problem
- total investment per company (equity stake Vitus Capital pool) between € 0.25 million and € 1 million
