A company or major shareholder / director may be faced with specific questions without having sufficient experience on these specific areas or may frankly not have any time to go into them sufficiently. Vitus Capital provides advisory- and supporting services to these parties in merger and acquisitions, around financial questions and strategic decision making. These activities could be:
- coordination and support in acquiring and exiting companies or divisions (for example management buy-out / buy-in, (partial) sale of a company by a major shareholder / director or investors)
- advice and support on a(n) (additional) risk bearing or equity capital funding process
